Karla S. Tipton

Karla has worked in the School-to Work Branch since 1995 and helped launch the original school-to-work program.She's been involved in developing and implementing strategies which integrated School-to-Work concepts throughout Kentucky. She currently oversees the many school to careers contracts and provides technical assistance as requested. Karla has also been instrumental in securing additional resources. She holds a Bechelor's Degree in marketing from the University of Louisville.

Dave Rigsby

Dave has over 25 years of governmental service. He has worked in the School-to-Work Branch since 1998 primarily in evaluation and policy analysis.. He was a member of the initial planning team that successfully secured the Commonwealth's $22 million school-to-work federal grant. Previously, Dave served as the Staff Assistant to four Commissioners of the Department for Employment Services. In addition to a Bachelor's degree, he holds a Master's Degree in community development from the University of Louisville.
